Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Once processed, an order can only be returned if it meets the eligibility criteria stated above.

  • Exchanges are not supported. Customers must return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed due to an error from our side. This should be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
