1. Returns & Refund Policy
At GBIshops, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed.
1.1 Return Eligibility
A product is eligible for return if:
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The item is in the same condition as received (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable)
- The product is not listed as non-returnable

- Go to Order History and select the relevant order
- Submit a return request with details and supporting evidence (e.g., images)
- Requests are reviewed within 48 hours
- Upon approval:

- A pickup will be arranged where applicable

- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or an alternative agreed method

- Vendors must provide accurate business and product information
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring listings are truthful and compliant
3.2 Order Fulfillment
- Vendors may:
- Ship directly to customers, or
- Use approved logistics partners
- Vendors must:
- Fulfill orders within stated timelines
- Ensure proper packaging and delivery standards
3.3 Payment Schedule
- Vendor payouts are processed 10 working days after confirmed delivery
- Payments may be adjusted for:
- Refunds
- Disputes
- Policy violations
- Orders processed after payout cut-off will roll over to the next cycle
3.4 Vendor Accountability
GBIshops reserves the right to:
- Suspend or delist vendors for:
- Late deliveries
- Poor product quality
- Misconduct or fraudulent activity
- Use customer ratings and feedback to influence:
- Vendor visibility
- Product ranking
