Order Fulfillment
- Vendors may choose to ship products themselves or use our GBishop Logistics.
- Products must be shipped within the stated timeline for each item.
- For tailors and custom orders, clients submit measurements, and timelines must be honoured. Customer ratings will reflect punctuality and quality.
Payment Schedule
- Vendor payouts are paid 10 working days after a completed delivery.
- Orders fulfilled after payout cutoff will be rolled over to the next payment cycle.
- Payment details and invoices are visible on the vendor dashboard.
Analytics & Business Insights
- Vendors receive free data insights (from up to 2 years of history) for the first 2 months.
- After this period, continued access requires a subscription fee (plan options will be available).
Vendor Accountability
GBIshops reserves the right to suspend or delist vendors with consistent:
- Late deliveries
- Poor product quality
- Unfair business practices
- Ratings and customer feedback directly influence vendor visibility and priority in search listings.

1. How do I place an order at gbishops?
Visit www.gbishops.com/shop, browse products, add them to the cart, and proceed to check out. You’ll need to create an account or log in to complete your order.

No, you only pay the commision fee. This covers secure payment gateway, hosting, display, adverts, logistics and visibility tools.

Vendors can:

13. When will I get paid for sales?
Payouts are made 10 working days after orders have been delivered to a customer successfully. Orders fulfilled afterwards will roll over to the next payment cycle.

New vendors receive 2 months of free business analytics based on up to 2 years of market data. Afterwards, insights are available via subscription.
15. What happens if I fail to deliver on time?
Late delivery and poor service can lower your vendor rating, reduce product visibility, or lead to account suspension.
16. Are tailor-made items returnable?
If they’re not as described or the tailor failed to meet agreed timelines, custom orders are typically non-returnable.
