Shipping Policy
At GBIshops, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience for all our customers and vendors.
All vendors are required to list only quality and authentic products.
Some products may be custom-made or sourced from abroad, and such items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation to ensure quick delivery.
Customers are encouraged to review product details carefully before making a purchase.
Refund Policy
We strive for customer satisfaction and transparency in every transaction.
Refunds are only applicable if the item received is not as described or not what was ordered.
Custom-made products and international items are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect delivery.
All refunds are processed after verification of returned items and may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Some cases may qualify for a shipping cost refund, at GBIshops’ discretion.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
To maintain fairness for all parties:
Orders can be canceled within 36 hours of placement. After this period, the order will be processed and shipped.
Once processed, an order can only be returned if it meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
Exchanges are not supported. Customers must return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed due to an error from our side. This should be made within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
