Shipping Policy
1. Non-Refundable International Products
All international product orders are final and non-refundable.
Customers must carefully review product details, specifications, and descriptions before making payment.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, customers will receive a confirmation email.
This email will require the customer to acknowledge and confirm that they fully understand their purchase.
Only after confirmation will the order be processed and shipped.
3. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product ordered is the exact product they want.
We encourage customers to reach out for clarification on product details before making payment.
4. Communication
All official communications will be conducted via email and/or our official WhatsApp line.
Customers must respond to confirmation requests promptly to avoid processing delays.
5. Exceptions
The only exceptions to the non-refundable policy are cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described. In such cases, evidence (e.g., photos, videos) must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

If there are changes to your order (e.g., stock unavailability, product mismatch) and we are unable to fulfil it, we will contact you directly.
In such cases, we may cancel the order on your behalf and issue a full refund.
