Once processed, an order can only be returned if it meets the eligibility criteria stated above.
Exchanges are not supported. Customers must return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed due to an error from our side. This should be made within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

I really liked these Moi Moi pouches at first, they made cooking so neat and easy, and the Moi Moi came out soft and properly shaped. Unfortunately, my son spoiled one while trying to wash it, and it tore near the edge. Such a shame because I genuinely loved how convenient they were!
